After Hours, Weekend and Holiday Calls
If you become ill or injured, please call 864-576-5764 and our on-call provider will assist you with calls received after hours of operation. Calls should only be made for health problems that cannot wait until next business hours. It is our office policy not to refill prescriptions or call in new medicines after hours. If you feel your condition cannot wait on our provider to return your call, we recommend you go to the Urgent or Immediate Care nearest to you.

Fees and Insurance
We participate in most major health plans and will be glad to file your insurance for your convenience. Since there are so many types of insurance plans we suggest that you contact your insurance company directly to ensure that our practice is in-network, our patient representative will also be happy to assist you with this.
Payment is expected at your first visit. Our practice provides equal access and quality treatment to all of our patients regardless of how they pay for services. For uninsured patients, we can provide them with Medicaid and Medicare phone numbers, and if you find that you do not qualify, you may also visit HealthCare.gov.
To ensure that your visit to our practice is as convenient and efficient as possible, we recommend that you download our Patient Registration Forms below, complete, print and bring them in or fax them to our secure fax line (864-587-3969). New patients can also complete the Medical Records Release Form provided below and bring to your appointment.
