Westside Internal Medicine offers comprehensive care to patients 18 years and older. Our highly trained clinical staff provide “world class” care for our patients! We welcome new patients and can most always accommodate same day appointments.

Office Hours/Appointments
Our regular office hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm M, T, Th, 7:30am till 5pm on Wednesday and 7:30am to 11:30am on Fridays. Visits are scheduled by calling 864-576-5764 or by requesting one through our Web Portal. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call 24hrs in advance to cancel. Patients who are late may need to be rescheduled for another time or date.

On your First Visit Please Bring:

  • Picture ID
  • Medical History information and Completed Registration Forms
  • All current medication bottles
  • All Insurance Cards (including Medicare and Medicaid)

Telephone Calls
Your telephone calls are very important to us, and we try to return them as promptly as possible. All calls are reviewed by the staff and urgent calls are given priority. To provide best assessment and care for your health our providers do not diagnose or prescribe treatment over the telephone.

After Hours, Weekend and Holiday Calls
If you become ill or injured, please call 864-576-5764 and our on-call provider will assist you with calls received after hours of operation. Calls should only be made for health problems that cannot wait until next business hours. It is our office policy not to refill prescriptions or call in new medicines after hours. If you feel your condition cannot wait on our provider to return your call, we recommend you go to the Urgent or Immediate Care nearest to you.

Fees and Insurance
We participate in most major health plans and will be glad to file your insurance for your convenience. Since there are so many types of insurance plans we suggest that you contact your insurance company directly to ensure that our practice is in-network, our patient representative will also be happy to assist you with this.

Payment is expected at your first visit. Our practice provides equal access and quality treatment to all of our patients regardless of how they pay for services. For uninsured patients, we can provide them with Medicaid and Medicare phone numbers, and if you find that you do not qualify, you may also visit HealthCare.gov.

Online Forms
To ensure that your visit to our practice is as convenient and efficient as possible, we recommend that you download our Patient Registration Forms below, complete, print and bring them in or fax them to our secure fax line (864-587-3969). New patients can also complete the Medical Records Release Form provided below and bring to your appointment. Please remember that providing your medical information will help our practice function most effectively as a medical home.
